Our Founder’s Story
Capital City Reentry Solutions was founded by Natasha North, a Licensed Practical Nurse, healthcare leader, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping individuals rebuild their lives through structure, accountability, and opportunity.
Natasha’s commitment to this work is rooted in her own life experiences. As a young mother, she experienced homelessness while raising two small children and understands firsthand the uncertainty and challenges that come with housing instability. She has also overcome significant personal adversity, including the heartbreaking loss of her 25-year-old daughter. Those experiences strengthened her faith, resilience, and conviction that every person deserves the opportunity to build a better future.
Professionally, Natasha has served as a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2007 and has held executive leadership roles in healthcare, specializing in clinical reimbursement, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational management. Throughout her career, she has built systems, led teams, and developed programs focused on accountability, quality, and measurable outcomes.
Recognizing the need for structured, employment-focused reentry housing, Natasha founded Capital City Reentry Solutions to help justice-involved men and women successfully transition back into their communities. The organization provides more than housing—it creates pathways to employment, life skills, career development, and long-term independence through strategic community partnerships.
Natasha’s vision is simple: to provide individuals with the structure, support, and opportunities needed to move beyond their past, achieve stability, and build productive, self-sufficient lives.

At CCRS, we believe successful reentry requires more than housing. We combine structure, accountability, workforce development, and career pathways to help participants build stable, independent lives.
