Mission Statement
Capital City Reentry Solutions LLC provides contracted reentry, training, and stabilization support services for individuals returning from incarceration. We partner with organizations to remove barriers, provide structure, and connect individuals to the tools needed to achieve stability, employment, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Capital City Reentry Solutions LLC is a registered government contractor (SAM.gov) available for subcontracting and direct service opportunities.
OUR IMMEDIATE VISION
Expand Capital City Reentry Solutions through contracted services while preparing to launch our first women’s transitional home.
Establish strong partnerships with community organizations and agencies to deliver reentry support, training, and stabilization services.
Support 10-12 women in 2026 as they transition from survival model, to stability, employment, and active participation in the community.
Empowering Reentry Through Support & Structure
Our Founders Story
Capital City Reentry Solutions LLC was founded by Natasha Lynn North, a healthcare professional, systems leader, and survivor who understands firsthand what it means to navigate trauma, instability, and loss while still choosing to build a meaningful future.
As a young mother, Natasha experienced homelessness with two small children, including sleeping in abandoned houses during winter months. Over her lifetime, she survived significant trauma and loss including homelessness as a young mother and the devastating loss of her 25 year old daughter. These experiences shaped her deep empathy for women navigating trauma - not from theory, but from lived reality. This work is not just professional, it is deeply personal.
Professionally, Natasha has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2007 and has served as a Director of Clinical Reimbursement since 2018. Her background bridges compassion and accountability, combining trauma-informed care with structure, outcomes, and operational discipline.
Capital City Reentry Solutions exists to provide essential support for individuals in Ohio returning from incarceration, ensuring they are not left to navigate reentry alone or unsupported. Natasha believes that with the right structure, expectations, and access to resources, including transitional housing and comprehensive reentry services, individuals can move beyond survival mode and build stable, self-sufficient lives.
